Call us, at Adoption Attorneys Kirsh & Kirsh, P.C. (“Kirsh & Kirsh”). (If you prefer to text or another way to reach us, see your contact options below). We are ALWAYS AVAILABLE 24/7/365. One of our full-time, regular, office staff members will answer the phone (all of whom are VERY NICE), whether you call during regular business hours, evenings, weekends, even Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day. You won’t need to leave a message or talk with an answering service or machine. We cannot (and would not) make the decision for you to give up your baby for adoption, or more correctly, make an adoption plan, but we will answer your questions and provide you the information you want, WITHOUT JUDGING OR CRITICIZING YOU. We will not pretend to know how you feel nor make you sit through counseling sessions, on end. If you chose adoption, your baby will go directly into the arms and hearts of the adoptive parents – without DCS involvement or foster care. If you choose to parent the baby, we will wish you well and part friends. We will not try to change your mind or make you feel bad about your decision. We understand that you have the absolute right to parent your child.
We, at Kirsh & Kirsh — or the “Kirsh Boys,” as the adoption attorneys at Kirsh & Kirsh are sometimes called – Steve, and his brothers, Joel and Rob, and his son, Grant, pride ourselves on answering questions about adoption and explaining the process without pressure or judgment.

POSITIVE ADOPTION LANGUAGE DISCLAIMER: Please understand that these blog posts are written in a way to use language that people use when searching for help with their adoption plans. Unfortunately, while all of us understand what positive adoption language means, most expectant moms that come to us at first do not understand what that means. The most common search term on the Internet for expectant moms is “how do I give up my baby for adoption”. If we do not include those words in our blog posts, and instead put “how do I create an adoption plan for my baby” then our website will not show up in most expectant moms’ search results in Google.
