Financial help to put my baby up for adoption

If you find yourself unexpectedly pregnant, you may need financial help. Indiana Law allows adoptive parents to give living expenses to birth mothers thinking about putting their babies up for adoption. Adoptive parents may provide financial help for living expenses for such things as clothing, groceries, housing, transportation, and other things. Do not confuse financial help with “selling” your baby. “Selling” a baby violates the law in Indiana and probably every other state. But, in Indiana and states allowing financial help in adoptions, a birth mother thinking about giving her baby up for adoption may need living expenses. She may need financial help to get herself through the pregnancy and the weeks following the delivery.

POSITIVE ADOPTION LANGUAGE DISCLAIMER:  Please understand that these blog posts are written in a way to use language that people use when searching for help with their adoption plans.  Unfortunately, while all of us understand what positive adoption language means, most expectant moms that come to us at first do not understand what that means. The most common search term on the Internet for expectant moms is “how do I give up my baby for adoption”.  If we do not include those words in our blog posts, and instead put “how do I create an adoption plan for my baby” then our website will not show up in most expectant mom’s search results in Google.
