Choosing an Adoptive Family

Finding an adoptive family for your baby is the most important decision in adoption. There is always a family waiting to love your child. We have lots of wonderful, carefully screened, loving families FROM INDIANA AND ALL OVER THE COUNTRY (married, single, Lesbian, and Gay) who cannot wait to welcome a baby into their hearts.

Custom Adoption Plan

We guide our birth mothers to create a custom adoption plan that suits them and their child’s needs. An open adoption plan can be an excellent choice for many women who are considering placing their child for adoption but still want to maintain a connection as their child grows up.

Free Resources

We will assist you with

• Your Medicaid application, if you do not have private insurance

• Counseling before and after birth

• Payment of pregnancy-related living expenses, including medical bills

• Having your own attorney who can provide confidential legal advice about adoption

We provide adoption services throughout the country, particularly in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Kentucky.

Signing the Consent

An attorney from our office comes to the hospital 24-48 hours after you deliver. When signing, an attorney from Kirsh & Kirsh will be present. If you wish to have your own attorney, they will be present in person or by telephone.

You do not have to go to court in person. After signing the consent form, you will have a phone call with the judge the same day or the next business day. The baby will be released to the adoptive parents from the hospital.

You will not be pressured to continue with your adoption plan. If you do not wish to move forward, even after birth, simply let us know.

Positive adoption language Disclaimer: Please understand that these blogs are written in a way to use language that people use when searching for help with their adoption plans. Unfortunately, while all of us understand what positive adoption language means, most expectant moms who come to us at first do not understand what that means. The most common search term on the Internet for pregnant moms is “How do I give up my baby for adoption.” If we do not include those words in our blog posts and instead put “How do I create an adoption plan for my baby,” then our website will not show up in most expectant moms’ search results in Google.
