Signing the Consent 

An attorney from our office comes to the hospital 24-48 hours after you deliver. When signing, an attorney from Kirsh & Kirsh will be present. If you wish to have your attorney, they will be present in person or by telephone.

You do not have to go to court in person. After signing the consent form, you will have a phone call with the judge the same day or the next business day. The baby will be released to the adoptive parents from the hospital.
